In the past, I have found that in discussing religion vs. science, I still ended up with inconclusive end results for myself, certain aspects of religion in particular. The topic itself is a sensitive issue to debate. Though I do wish to get clearer answers, I still have not reconciled the conclusions between religion and that of science. In particular, the case of the origin of man, the origin of life, and God. However, I do have my own set of beliefs and still searching. Religion is largely based on faith, while science is based detection and verification. Then again, science cannot prove or disprove God’s existence. A person’s faith is a religion can be very strong. For many people, religion was their first education, or their main education, and they accept it as truth based on their strong faith. However, I do think it is possible for a person to embrace a religion without the contradictions from science if he/she has such faith.
