He cant be paying for some crack and nothing at all.
He needs to be paying his armes dealers alot of countries purchase weapons from outside their country and they have to pay for their guns and weapons the royals gave them to him he ows them money for weapons want to when they just spend all the hard earned money on nothing.People fighting for their countries government deserves to get alot of money which amounts to alot and it would be made even.
