good or bad...suppose nobody dare say so. as every person Lenin had bad and good traits,anyway he was outstanding and has played important role in russian history.
but as for my own opinion i incline to "bad' more...he was one of that who started very murderous epoch that concerned everybody - 'red' and 'white', usual people and elite, and the Romanovs also.
