Exclamation Twelve Chairs, TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH!

Most of us now Zaharovs masterpiece rendition of '12 chairs'. Mironov will always be THE Ostap Bender. Well, I have taken the time and made the intensive efforts to translate this movie into English. Subtitles, all four parts of it, and burned digitaly onto the DVD format. Until now the only copy of 12 chairs available in North America was the VHS set, and this movie has never been translated. Hehe, I dont want to sing my own praises, but the translation work is way above average. To be honest, compared to other Russian movies I've watched with the English subtitles, its the best subtitle work I've ever seen.
Originally, I didnt do this for business, I did it to share one of those cultural cornerstones, that an entire nation has embraced. NOw thats its done however, I dont see why it shouldnt be available to the public. Having no ties in this kind of business, I dont know what the first step would be. Who owns 12 chairs? Its a soviet TV series, I thought it might even be public domain. If anyone can give me any suggestion on where to go, who to talk to, I would like to make it possible for North Americans, and any English speaking people to be able to enjoy this classic on DVD format. And would like to do so legitimately.
