Windows is big in the commercial "added value" area, especialy for products like the 1C accounting suite. It's funny that you mention that company, as a friend in Moscow supports 1C software products (Installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for client companies). As I recall, 1C products are sold through franchise companies. Is that what you do?
