who is that guy?
I just wonder that this winter is very cold, even in China, the coldest winter in past 50 years, and much of snow. Do you think that man made winter was true? I mean, some countries such like Russia and China may have technical methods to control the winter not to be warmer and snow much, while the summer not to be so hot and rain much. If they didn't do it, they got to sign new treaties to control their cars and factories not to put too much C2O into air, that is much more expensive and panic.
