Is there extortion or bribe taking in the USA? Yes there is.
Former speaker of the house, Tip Oneil, said in his memoirs that the Nixon administration was outright extorting people, telling them to give money to the Administration, or they would be dealing with the IRS,(our tax collector), that goverment agencies like the IRS were being used just like a gun in a robbery.
The investigative TV show titled "60 minutes", showed years ago that you could bribe a state Goverment official with as little as $1000 USD.
Who is clean? Who is honest and trustworthy? Jesus said only God is good. And His words prove true, for there are none that are good but God. That God is the only good one in authority.
All in authority in all lands are flawed. Women in authority hate satan, so they do things that work to help us all, but a man in authority fails us all, and will even help satan.
what then is our hope? Will what I suggested to Russians being extorted work? It is a matter of superior force- that a united Russian business world becomes the superior force- able to give the bigger bribe.
That you now don't have to give the punk wanting a bribe anything- that you don't have to give the hoodlem wanting to extort you anything, for now you combined business people have the combined money power to get elected or put into authority pro business people who will use the police and authorities correctly and stop all evil. Do you see? No there is no Judge who will punish the evil doer but you now can back a political candidate who will change the Judges once in office with Judges who will punish the evil doer.
So the consul I wrote in the thread does give hope- that you will have the might to give the thief who wants to steal your hard earned profits just what he deserves.
