FreeUndelete (Data recovery program for deleted files)

Very useful tool for recovering accidentally deleted files. It does have limitations however, as it does not support Windows 98, Windows 98SE and Windows ME. For more info, visit the FreeUndelete page.

[There is no charge, direct or hidden, to download and use a fully functional copy of the program. The program does not install any spyware or adware along with it. It does not populate user's desktop with pop-up ads or forcefully subscribe user to mailing lists.]

Download FreeUndelete 2.0

Sure, no problem at all. Just run any Windows OS on your favorite PC, and from time to time, various files will be deleted forever!

Seriously though, there are many bootable, Linux based free CD's offered that can both recover deleted files from a Win based system, and erase other files to the point that they can never be brought back to print. Some that come to mind are "Linux Win tools", "System Rescue" "Phlak", and many others. Google can get you to the right place.

The best part is that the tools are free, and work as well as the commercial rip off tools.

Type "cmd" in Run and type in "format c:" in the DOS prompt and that should delete everything permanently.

Jokes aside, can you be more precise? Are you looking for something that deletes programs permanently, including its Windows registries?
