For all those who have a congenital hatred of all Muslims, I recommend an invaluable book that I have been reading: "FOUNDATIONS OF ISLAM (THE MAKING OF A WORLD FAITH)". It will answer the why and the how and the when of all your queries and feelings about Islam and Muslims. Talk of extermination of a whole religious group doesn't sound good coming from Russians who, I have felt, have always been a matured and spiritually developed people.

The "Foundations of Islam" text is just a banal survey.
Try instead:

"Why I Am Not a Muslim," By Ibn Warraq (Amherst, N.Y. : Prometheus Books, 1995, 402 pp., $25.95 cloth.)

The secularization of Islam is what is needed. But then this is really a discussion best posted in the "Religion" section.

People,who were dropped as a child, often feel the need to hate someone(something).If not Muslims,they'd hate Jews,or Blacks,or masons,or the global warming.Anywhow, the problem is in theyr heads.They just need a proper medical atention, prefferably in a little room with rubber walls and planty of medication.

Oooh, Mattie...I would love to meet you up and brake your face but you see Islam does not allow me to do that. At times like this I wish that I was a non-muslims so I could punish such GANDONS like you...but hey...I'll leave it up to Allah.

BTW, Islam is the fastest spreading religion in United States, increasingly being the medium and upper class in the society, so Mattie, I wouldnt talk to much, your grandkids might just have to pray to Allah for YOUR forgiveness.

It's strange to see people fighting for religion and in name of God.

Well Muslims think Allah have created them. Christian thinks Jesus is looking after them. Buddist think God Buddha have created them and so on....


If Man have been made by so many Gods then which God have made birds, fishes and other animals.

So I believe God is one and we all call it by different names as we percieve.

Just like we have different languages we call water with different names. Like different people say it "Pani", "Water" "Jaal" "Neer" and so on.

Simmilarly different languages and religion call the same God with different names faiths and different method of worship.

It is a few stupid people who teach wrong things in the childhood which makes Man thinks his God is different from other's God.

Those who think I am wrong that God is one. Then Birds & Animals have different Gods. Do you fight with rats, Cows, and Birds just because their God is different than yours.

Nature have made different people different. Just like a Cow never eats flesh while a Lion always eats flesh. It is unwise for a Lion to ask a Cow to eat a Goat.

Simmilarly Different people living in different parts of world follow different methods of living there is nothing wrong with that. It does not mean you go and fight with them since they have different feelings about world.

If fishes start saying everyone in this world should live inside water else we will kill them does it not sound absurd.

So don't poke your noses in others religion. If you feel your religion is best just follow it. If it is really so good others will praise it automatically. But don't fight in the name of religion.

Don't think following a particular religion is a crime and God have sent you to punish people following other religion.
