This may be what was needed to settle the Palestinian problem. It should be clear to the world that Israel is unwilling to negotiate a fair settlement to this problem.
The election of Sharon proves that beyond doubt.

The PLO who is the caretaker of the 3.5 Million Palestianians must take this chance to bring the plight of these people to the front page of every Newspaper and News Organization. Let the world know that these people were displaced from their homes and from their land by Israel.

The PLO should close all the Refugee Camps and start transporting the refugees to the nearest border entry to Israel. Let the world know that these people are tired of living in Lebanon and Syria and that they want to go home.
The entire world will support this action. Maybe even the USA.

Arabs should show their support for the Refugees by reducing oil production by 20% and by raising the price of oil by 20%. This action to stay in effect until the refugees are allowed to return to their homes and their land. If Israels fails to do the right thing, an additional
reduction of oil producyion by 10% every month.

This should get their attention.
