I am representing Russia in a conference, and I just wanted to better understand the opinions of both Russian citizens and the government (as well as those of anyone else that is interested!) on a variety of issues-I'll post them below.
1. What is Russia's policy on the legal status of individuals detained by foreign governments? (i.e. in Guantanamo, foreign citizens arrested in the UK, etc.)
2. Action taken towards resolving threats to international peace and security from terrorism, by the government, and how you feel about that..
If I'm not being very clear, please tell me, and I'll clarify.
