I just started to study the subject. To make sure I got your meaning - do you mean EU is not looking good for the people or the link doesn't say much?

What is being proposed by EU leaders can only bring greater hardship on the people. The proffered economic policies can lead to only one destination-ever increasing taxation of the people. That means a growing inflation rate of double or triple that which it already is on the average across the spectrum of member nations. The danger is that uncontrollable inflation will lead to a nation-destroying depression the likes of which the world has never seen. All the indicators are there, and any number of economists are addressing just those points. Trying to create a United States of Europe with the United States dissenting is an exercise in suicide.

Why no one sees this? So far I am under the impression that EU is held in an esteem of Europe's savior and solver of all the problems, or am I wrong?
