I quote this from another post that quoted a nato general

He also emphasized what state sovereignty and territorial integrity are not inviolable and invariable things.

If there words like this in the NAto charter or bylaws then they are the words that allow us to bomb Serbia or march across the borders of any nation we see so fit.

I read somewhere that there never has been a nation that build Military superiority and did NOT use it.

If the people could have those words removed from NATO charter then the dogs would be in their pens?
NATO is the baddest dog on the block and he has escaped from his collar with a few words.
These words serve as a warning to the world that we are coming.
These words change the guard dog to attack dog.
A few little words that put the world in jeopardy.
Chicken Little
