UN investigates NATO Bombing

Dear Nina,
I am very happy for you. I was once in the
same boat. I came to this country from Hungary. Yes I am Magyar. Chances are that
you will do very well in this country, as I have. I would like to comment on a few of your remarks. In my posting, I said helping PEOPLE. While that does include poor people,
it also includes people like you. Peole who want to improve. Conservatives want to do away with taxes not so you might have more, they simply want to do away with SOCIAL
PROGRAMS. Helthcare for children and old people. If it was up to Conservatives, you would still be sitting in some camp in Europe. They want to severely limit immigration. Regarding your paycheck,- please believe me, we are not paying as much taxes as people do in Germany, Italy, France,
Scandanavian Countries, etc, etc. The difference is that our politicians are not
spending the money to benefit people. They spend it to benefit Special Interest. Please
never, ever measure the quality of you life
by TV, VCR, CD and other toys. Above all, be carefull with the use of credit. Capitalism
is great if you are a Capitalist. If you are paying 18-24% interest, it is the pits. The
sooner you get away from interest payments, the sooner you will have a quality life. Be sure to have a savings program and invest in
quality. Regarding crime, think about this.
England, France and Germany have about the same percentage of Blacks as the USA. The blacks have no problem being a part of society in those countries. They are not any
problem to anybody. The reason is simple, they did not have 200 years of oppression,
discrimination and abuse to overcome. Until
the early Seventies, blacks in this country
could not go to quality schools, get quality jobs and were forced to live in substandard
conditions. They had to ride in the back of
the bus and had to enter hotels and restaurants through the back door and sit in seperate sections. How would you like to cope with all that? We are paying for the sins of our forefathers. The blacks are making progress, but they started way back.
Guns, - I am a hunter and a fisherman, but when it comes to protection, I am comfortable with the local Police Department
being my protection. One more point about guns,- over Five Thousand children are killed in gun related accidents every year.
What do you think,- should we do something about guns? Closing their legs? I think you wanted to say Crossing their legs. That don't work everytime either. Please do not forget that it is the EVIL CONSERVATIVES who are against SEX EDUCATION and CONDOM DISTRIBUTION. ( I do hope that you know the meaning of hyperbole.) What part of the old country are you from? Are we relatives? Do not forget your Motherland and your friends who are still there. One day you will realize
how good it feels to go back home, even if it is only for a visit. You might want to visit Ukraine.com.

Hello Nina,
Thank you for your compliments but I am not nearly as intelligent as you are but I have the benefit of 58 years experience. I need your help, Serbia needs your help, America needs your help. We both agree that what NATO did in Serbia was horrible. I can't blame you for having bad feelings against the West even tho you are now a part of the West. I have the same feelings and I have never suffered as you have from NATO bombs.
The West has always been very good to everybody but they had to defend themselves from outside evil and they did that with a guard dog called NATO. Well now some fool has let the dog out of the yard and the result is death and destruction. Why was Nato able to get out of the fence and chew up its neighbors? Because Americans were spoon feed the news and cared nothing about far away Serbia. People like you can educate us as long as you don't offend us too badly. I wonder if we could somehow march together Americans, and Serbs to make the new NATO policy of no longer respecting borders an election issue. That way our words here could be put to good use for the world. How many Americans know that NATO has stated that it no longer respects national boundrys?
Too many Serbs come here with swords drawn and they meet with drawn swords. But if you come as friends and show what a few bad decisions by our leaders has caused then changes can be made. Changes will only come if NATO policy is a election issue.
I mabe foolish to think that one or two people can make a difference in a world of billions but I am ready to try to help you acheive world peace.

alliance between Yugoslavia, Belaruss and Russia. Was this the motivation behind the
actions of NATO? By destroying the Military
Forces of Yogoslavia, they have in effect

This is what I know. There is a signed document calling for Military and
Economic and Cultural Alliance between
Russia, Belaruss and Yugoslavia. I do not know if this has been acted upon by the
Parlaments of these countries. Let us hope that some of the Natives can fill us in on
the particulars.

That could explain why Beliruss reunited with Russia; hide under the Nuclear umbrela.
I didn't think Nato would stop with Yugoslavia. Once a force no longer recoginizes International borders then they usually move quickly to grab more territory.
Now is the time for sensible people to act. We have a presidental election. We need to get as many people as possible to write to their congressman or to presidental candiates and get this on the political plate . I don't know who to write or what to write but I know that the time is now or we could soon see ww3.
