Question

You win Ungaro.
However it is strange that in 1951 Japan renounced all claims to Taiwan with hopes that Taiwan could decide it's own fate. But then one year Japan who no longer had any claim to Taiwan now is giving it to China and no one signed the treaty but China and Japan.
Yes, you win Ungaro.

Dear Brother Gene,
I take no JOY from being right. You see, I do not think that Legality is going to enter into the fray. I think that the Taiwan matter is going to be decided on political
terms, by people like Jesse Helms, Trent Lott
and other assorted reactionary fools. They may very cost the lives of thousands of innocent people. On the other hand, it would
give me extreme JOY if good people like you
and others on this board would talk this matter out with your friends and neighbors
and inform them about the FACTS about Tawain.
Thank you Gene

Hello Ungaro,
I talked to a man who worked 3 months in China and he was allowed to talk to no one unless approved by the government. If someone approached him a civilian clothed officer would walk up and stare at the person who dared to talk to him until they broke off.
He did enjoy Tai man square because the women rode bicycles and wore no pants.

Greetings Gene,
Gene, Gene, Gene. Somebody is pulling your legs and you like it. I have done business
with Chinese, I have socialized with Chinese
and not one time was anybody listening to
our conversation or told me who I can talk to
or how many drinks I can have. Now, - they do have a much more regimented country than the USA is. It does not interfere with the normal conduct of foreigners. The square you mentioned must be TIANANMEN SQUARE. I figured that sooner or later it would come
up. I have not seen any naked bicyclist in anywhere in China. Let me cut you off at the pass about the messacre in TIANANMEN SQUARE.
It is not a proud moment of Chinas history.
They held back force too long. By the time
they turned army loose the crowed was out of control it was chaos. Still to their credit
I have to say that I saw more bodies at KENT STATE than I saw at TIANANMEN SQUARE. China
is making progress on all fronts. To their credit I must say that they are not confusing
FREEDOM with DISORGANIZATION. If you are an AGITATOR of any kind, you do not want to go to CHINA.
Good Luck Gene.

First of all I want to say that it is a good topic.
Well, frankly speaking, 70 rubles per litre will be a real tragedy for millions of Russian people. But i think that it has some advantages, for example i think that it will raise the quality of that magic drink.

My best regards!
