No, Oca, what IBM does is nothing for me to brag about. Also, it is not Russian capital investment (in Russia) that I am focussing on, but rather possible investment in integrated circuit manufacturing by leading foreign corporations in Russia, as opposed to such investments in Japan, France, USA, etc.

It seems to me a top priority for Russia to facilitate pathways for its vaunted educated and capable population to find challenging employment.

Octavio,

Agree with you, however lots of edicated Russians have moved to other countries to find a nice employment opportunities. Those who are still in Russia try to find a good employment, but it is hard due to economic problems.
