Hopefully Someone will have some information for me. I'm going to be working on Assn. of SE Asian Nations mock-conference as Russia. One of our topics is Security in the SE Asian region. I need to know what level of involvment Russia has in the region and what help we are willing to give for such things as border disputes and the alleviation of regional terrorism. I greatly appreciate any help.
