I read this in some article which accused the manager of tatu having sexual inter-course with one of the band memembers when they were 14. But it says if he did do it theres nothing the law can do, as it is not against the russian law to sleep with someone who is 14 years of age. This is sick who the hell makes the rules in russia?? It's not true. There is a law that forbid everyone to slee[ with a person under 18. I assure you. I've been studying Russian law. But the problem is that there are many (like in other countries too, but a little less) sometimes the law can be forgotten if you know how to do it.
And please do not foprget that you shouldn't bel;ieve everything newspapers say.

The Duma changed the law from 14 to 16 last year.
