32 male Kansas, USA....Looking for a russian friend

Hello,

I have been searching for some time for a good way to get more familiar with Russian life and culture. For a long time I have hoped to visit Russia, and take a nice trip there to see the arts and culture. I would prefer a female penpal who would like to share their knowledge on the country with me. I have seen many sites on the internet and the country seems so beautiful to me. I love the architecture and I really enjoy trying to find more information on the it. Me personally, I am an avid hunter/fisherman, and have several rifles and handguns.
The handguns are only for target practice, not protection. The part of the USA I live in is very rural and most people here are down to earth hardworking people.
I also "LOVE" music, and spend a good deal of time on the weekends downloading new stuff and have a huge CD collection. I also love movies (just recently started buying DVD's. As for work, I am a machinist, and have been making parts for laboratories and airplanes for the last 13 years. I am a CNC programmer for computerized mills and lathes, and do much of my own R&D. For playtime here in rural Kansas I like to fish and there is a lake within 3 miles of my home. I am single (for now), and I really hope to find a nice girl here to talk with and learn from. Ultimately I would hope to come and visit the person that becomes my penpal. I have been dying to go to Russia for a long time, but was always hoping there would be someone there waiting for me to show me the ropes and to help with the language barrier. I was just looking into a course for learning the russian language, it seems like a very difficult language to learn and I hope that I soon can form a few simple sentences from the course that I am considering purchasing.
I do have a couple bad habits though. First being that I like to smoke cigarettes. ( I really hope to drop this one soon).. Smoking cigarettes is such a waste of time, I dont know who the heck I ever got started. Secondly ....I like to smoke marijuana (I feel this habit is less harmful and offensive than the first). I like to smoke a joint or 2 almost every evening to help kinda wind down and relax. I rarely drink alcohol....(I believe alcohol is a far worse habit than marijuana). I dont mind telling anybody that reads this that I partake in a joint or two in the evenings. I feel I should be honest so that I can attract a penpal with a likewise sense.
I hope somebody gets with me on this. I just found this place and have been reading over it for about 3 hours now. If any females would like to have a real penpal give me a reply. I can tell you alot more about the USA and myself in a chat room or something.
