I am a 19 yr old student from canada and I am looking to graduate from college in feb./03 as a elder care aide.
just wondering if it would be possible to work in Russia for the first 2 or 3 years.

I m not sure that you ll be able to work in Russia. At first you must fluently speak Russian, including medical lexion of course and then Russia has no expirience in offering job to forigners, especcially in health care system. It is much different from those which you have. The mane difference - it is free, yes - this is truth and doctors have very little salary exept those who have privat cliniques. But you can go to privat hospital - they will pay you big salary, but agian you must speak russian, becouse patients wont understand you.
But anyway you should try.
Удачи!
