Need help locating a penpal

I am looking for a penpal that I had in the late 80's and early 90's. She was from Moscow, and her name is Katya. I still have all the letters that she has sent me. It has been many years since I have heard from her. I last sent a letter during the time that the Soviet Union was becoming Russia and never had a reply from her. I miss her dearly and think about her often. I would like to get back in contact with her but do not know how or where to begin. Could someone please help me locate my friend.
