I have a suggestion as to how moderators may be set up differently so that everyone feels they are being treated fairly.

Obviously, there are going to be certain rubs between members of this board, and as such there needs to be someone to moderate between the two people who disagree.

If one of these two people has their message erased, it is going to look like a moderator is taking sides in the disagreement and argument.

My proposal to prevent this from happening is to put one single modrerator on each subject. For now, we only have two moderators. Dr. W and ILAY. So i would propose taht instead of both moderating all catagories, each would moderate every other catagory. This i feel would give the board a more balanced feel by allowing say, for example, Dr. W and Ron to fight it out on a board that is moderated by Ilay.

I further feel that, should enough people be willing, there should eventually be single seperate moderators for each catagory, making the board a more balance and fair place to exchange ideas.

I'm in favour of Mission101's suggestion - the only practical issue being how often each of the two current moderators (maybe we need more anyhow?) can log-on.

On that note I apologise for my absence for the last 3-4 days - I've been combining doing a Trade Fair in London with tending to an illness in my immediate family circle. Back to Moscow tomorrow, and back to normal here, I hope.

Dr W.
