Dear Woland:

I have no objection if you remove any of my posts for being off topic in say, "Russian Politics" or "Current Events" and I hope you'll do the same to others who post here; however, the Open Board is for the discussion of any topic, and this would include the Democratic Party of the USA, the rain in Spain, or the Importance of Being Ernest!

I would suggest that you review the rules governing the usage of the boards, and if you have any questions please contact the Admin.

Sincerely,

Ronbo

Posts will be removed if they are unrelated to the TOPIC being discussed. If you are referring to the posting you made in which you said challenged someone asking questions about Russia and said they had no business doing so on Russia.Com and should use a Library instead, you are on the thinnest of thin ice, Mr Barbour.

In case you find this hard to understand... a TOPIC is a discussion within a Forum. Just because a topic is in the OPEN BOARD section, it does not mean that posting remarks about The Democratic Party in a discussion about The Importance Of Being Ernest is acceptable. Nor are postings challenging the right of those involved in a discussion to be HAVING that discussion.

I am fully conversant with the forum rules and will enforce whenever required.

Deliberate attempts to derail debate will be promptly and firmly dealt with. Everyone gets one fair warning. You've already had yours.

This board is run with the intention of supporting and promoting discussion. The majority of your posts to date run counter to that aim. Please do not be surprised if your posts are deleted or relocated in future, if you find it impossible to remain within the clear rules you accepted on joining.
