Chat has now been launched on another VCi site, NewZealand.com. You are welcome to check it out there, but I believe it requieres membership to that site. As soon as we iron out a few more wrinkles, then it will be available here.

To answer your question, we hope to have chat on Russia.com in the next couple of weeks.
