Just want to tell everyone that sirok is my favourite food in the whole world! Sirok! Sirok! Sirok!

I was obsessed with it in russia! I had a 5 mile walk to town just to get one, hows that for dedication!

They are so yummy I miss them so much! But I could only ever manage about two bars at the very most, even though i always wanted to eat more but alas they are just so rich s I couldn't manage.

So does anyone know what exactly is in sirok, is it a type of cheese? I guess they have vanilla flavours added and they're dipped in a chocolate coating.

And does anyone know if you can buy a type of them in england?

Or perhaps is their a recipie for them becaise I would love to have them now i'm home!

Hi, linzig!

Sirok isn't cheese, it's just curd (~18% of fats) with sugar and vanilla flavour.
