Hello,
When I was in Moscow, sadly, I saw boys aged 10 and up drinking openly on the streets and subways. I understand that there really is no drinking age limit.

i am from russia there is no age limit to buy alcohol or sigarets.

Greetings Katie and Lilly,
Do you think that laws are the answer? Look at the USA. We got laws coming out the ying yang. Yet, teenage use of illegal drugs and alcohol is on the rise. I think that a child
raised in a proper home will know right from wrong.

Well you are right. The laws are the answer. But you should know that in Russia the laws are written yet are not always carried out. As far as I can remember, the Crime Code (Ugolovny Kodeks) states a penalty for selling alcohol for children either under 16 or 18. Unfortunately, this does not work
