There are lots of traditional Russian dishes without meat or fish. Many of these have potatoes and mushrooms as major components. The Russian cuisine also has a lot of meatless and dumplings and pierogi (usually with things like, again, potatoes amd mushrooms, as well as sour cherries and saurkraut).

Cow's aern't the only one with 4 stomachs. I have four as well. The fourth one ends at my knees. lol
