Willka,

I eat it only on white bread too, but if need be I'll eat 5 slices to get my fix!! It's very much an acquired taste. I was first offered the red caviar by my aunt. She put them on little crackers, or they were some kind of bisquits. At the time I really hated it! I almost got sick to my stomach. But now I really love both red and black.

Yeah, I like to cook it myself. Hehe, the more caviar you put in it, the better it tastes - that is the main secret of that salad.

By the way, I cooked it with black caviar too. It tasted great as usual.
