I am looking for an old friend who had amature radio call:SWL Call UB5-065-162. worked in the collective R. Nation UK5VAL. He was a student at the institution of avation engineering in Kiev. Name was Vladimuir Kereli box 805 Kiev 252070. address was possibly the school address. He was 22 in 73. born oct 27th.he is Ukrainian. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
