Family originally from Ulyanovsky/Simbrisk

Looking for any info (in english) on the now whereabouts of my grandfathers family. Vasiliy Vasilyevich Egorov was my grandfather, born in 1897 in Simbrisk. He studied to be a pharmacist and was an officer in Czar Nicholas' army. He had two sisters Zinaida ( Zoya is short name) Vasilyevna Egorova, and Vera Vasilyevna Egorova. One was a dentist, the other a ballerina. He left Russian in 1920 thru England, by way of Turkey. His family stayed in Ulyanovsky and lost touch in the 1930's or 40's. His mother was Alexandra Sidorovna Egorova and his father, a doctor and a professor was Vasiliy Egorov. He was assisnated in the late 1920's. Looking for any info/history.
