Has anyone ANY idea what the family name “Kasowsky” means?



Does it have any meaning or does it say something about the region of origin etc ?



It could be a Jewish name but is just don’t have ANY idea

I hope that you can help me. I am looking for my friends. One of the name are Vozlublennaya Yelena and she lived in Groznii until 1992. If I'm not mistaken she moved to Krasnadar in 1992. Her date of birth is 10 October 1973 if you need it. Another friend of mine her name is Yanhotova Victoria. I think she left for Baranovichi in Belarus in 1992. This are their maiden names.
