Question
I intend to visit Russia and Estonia in the second semester and I would like to contact some people from my family. The problem is that my grandparents came to Brazil a long time ago. is there an agency or some organisation that can help me to try to find them? Or can somebody from this community give some hints of what should I do? Many tks
