Lightbulb dining places in Amsterdam

Hello Glock_Girl!

When you only stay overnight in Amsterdam, I recommand you a dinner ON BOARD A BOAT through the famous canals. Most houses along the canals are lighted in the evening and during dinner you can see all the beautiful places of the town. It costs about 60 Dutch guilders (= USA $ 25).

Another advice: take the train from Schiphol (= Amsterdam airport) to the Central Station. It lasts only 15 minutes, it is cheap, comfortable and you arrive right in the middle of the historic centre.

Within a week I will send you a list with more information about an overnight stay in Amsterdam (to your personal e-mail).

Have a nice stay!

Marinus
