Today India's Independance day

Today, the 15 August 2005 is India's 59th Independance Day.
India got independant from Colonial British empire on 15th August 1947,
after decades of extreme sruggle by the entire nation.

Like Russia freed itself from the tyrannical rule of the czars by stupendous revolution.

I send my hearty greetings to all the nations of the world.

One can understand what political freedom is,
only when one has gone through the turmoils of foreigners' rule!

As for me, Turkey is an enigmatic country.

The only time I was in (above)Turkey, is when my plane flew over Ankara, from Frankfurt to New Delhi.The pilot announced so.

I met some engineering managers in an industrial seminar in India sometime back.
They seemed to me somewhat hardy and silent.

Tell me more about your country, jwel.

I have read about Ataturk, of course.

And that your belle dancers are extremely beautiful and lissome!
