I am Roy from San Francisco Bay Area California, USA. I have learned alot from what has been written in the various forums. Thank you for the information. I went to an exhibition of Peter and Catherine the Greats art, pictures etc. about 8 years ago. Thus I became an admirer of the artistry which they first dreamed and then brought to life. To bring dreams to life is such an awesome quality that I wish to stroll the streets of St. Petersburg and to inhale the spirit of those 2. I was tentatively to travel there this August but I feel that perhaps Sept or next year may be better. Once again thanks for the valuable experiences and knowledge that has been shared here. I have traveled Europe, Canada Mexico and 48 of the 50 states here in the USA. So I can share my knowledge of places other than Russia. I recently bought some CD's so I hope to start speaking <<< well umm saying a few words in Russian is more truthful. This is my second try at Russian. I just gave up last time I tried to speak.. But now internet has more tools. So I would be willing to speak with those that have offered in the forums. English and Russian..
