Stalin was a horrible leader. How the hell can you respect him as a leader? Do you like artificial famines, forced labor camps, secret police, massacres, forced relocation into Central Asia and Siberia?

russia had all of that before stalin, force labor camps, famines, siberian prisons, secret police...in fact siberian prisons are not invented by soviets it was taken and used from imperial russia remains. the difference between stalin and czars is not secret police, massacre shootings, artificial famines caused by heavy taxation.... it is czar lost war to germany in 1917, stalin won war with germany in 1945.

Bisserk, 'scuse my ignorance and sorry if I'm wrong, are you an Uzbek?(I'm trying to pick out the army badge on your pics in Turkey.com). Anyway, I assume you are Turkic and from Central Asia, I just want to ask about the effect on the region of all the deportations of peoples from European Russia by Stalin. Have most of them returned?

there was some deportation of russians under stalin to central asian but this was minimal as central asia doesnt really qualify as good prison camp as lets say northern siberia would, actually central asia is actually warmer than european russia, no frostbites, maybe a lil suntanned and if you consider that a punishment... the only deportation that can qualify as one i think is some germans, they have all left. there are some russians in my country kazakstan, they didnt come by deportation, they are colonists who have invaded my country, like south africa and have sabotaged alot of things so that kazaks can have no jobs, thanks to our puppet president but i dont want to get too deep into that
