Crimean Holocaust ? Yes, they got deported, so ?

marriage = in relation to Kruchev giving Crimea to Ukraine, has nothing to do witht he tatar issue.

Once again, its obvious why Ukranians would want to upset the ethnic balance in the Crimea and why Russia would want to prevent it... Just politics.

Even if we did 'do it' , I simply couldn't care less, I sure as hell didn't do anything, no ?

As for Armenian Genocide, first of all , record show that only a little over 500,000 Turks died at the hands of Armenians, and over a million Armenians died at the hands of the Turks, seeing how disproportional that is, I would dare to call that a massacre of genocidal proportions.

I talk shi't about Tatars ? Laf, I don't even give a fuc'k, their existance is only acknowledged by a certain few, in the eyes of the world you are all Ruskies and stop pretending youre not, its not like anyone cares...

P.S. 50 dead Russians in Moscow = 500 dead Chechens in Chechnya... In any case, my dad is in Russia right now, and Im probably going next year, Bisserk and where might you live ?

I was deported ? Laf, my quality in life was at the very least on par with this Canadian equivalent, the only refugees from Russia are chernozhopiye. My pops worked for LVS/PriceWaterhouse and my mother worked for IBM EE/CA, 90% of 'Russian' Canadians are Rabinoviches. Look whos talking a refugee from Alma-Ata... We own a house and a condo in downtown Toronto, while you probably recieve welfare checks...

I know that, I just said that they assimilated the Greek, Scythian, and even Gothic communities. As late as the 14th century a Gothic community was mentioned in Crimea - what happened to it? The people were merely assimilated. That's probably found in any book about the Crimean Tatars.

hi KLange

I don't think Crimeans had much of anything to do with the Greeks. You must take into consideration that historical nationalists always portray false history to justify their occupations, conquests, imperialistic claim to lands and peoples etc.

I do however agree that they related a lot with the gothic community.

before the 19th century people rarely fought over racial issues in order to ethnically erase other races. Languages in schools meant nothing back then to most.

Greeks are another story. They have more turkic blood in them then they do "greek". they are in no way related to the ancient greeks. but hey, if they wanna class themselves as pure "greeks" then more power to them.

I think everyone in caucasia (including Crimea) has a mixture of Caucasian/Turkic blood and to a lesser extent arabic blood.

Well, there was Greek colonies in Crimea, surely they wound up the same as the Goths, absorbed by the Tatars. The Greeks are descended form the ancient Greeks-to some degree-however they are no doubt just as mixed as everyone else. I don't think that they have all that much Turkic blood in them, after all the TUranid racial type-which is the standard racial type of Turkic peoples, is it not-is lacking among Greeks.
