Hitler and Stalin were not great leaders or politicians. Though they were respected in the amount of control over people.

The only amazing thing Hitler did was solve the depression in Germany and he did it easily by going back to the gold standard, after there was market corrections and started to build the war machine he went right back to the paper backed currency started by the jews he beloved so much, cheifly the warburgs which didn't have to wear the yellow star of david and was on the board of IG Farben.

Stalin was not very well liked in the communist party and his political machine had more to do with the industrialization of russia than Stalin personally. Stalin even said USSR would need help from industrialized (western) countries.

He had more control over the agraian program though and there were a lot of cheating by the workers. He ordered those cheaters out or killed and they went back to record production levels mainly due to American farm equipment shipped to the USSR back in 1928.

If you want a leader who turned their country around I would suggest Castro. He has out lived too many other leaders in the 20th century. Not a great country but there has been more foreign investment there than ever before.

Hitler admittedly in the final years, 1944 - 1945 did bring his own country and countrymen to their knees and did needlessly waste their lives but the German people were always willing to fight for their country.
Not all were forced into the Army. In pre-war years from a start he was building for war and he was building for a nation that will gain power and money through war. His interests were for the German RACE, a German citizen isn't always the same race. The Germanic race of people were the ones he was there for, and they probably knew that the upcoming bills will be footed by the people they hated, Jews, Slavs and other what they called sub-humans.
For his own race of people he was a great leader, just like a Attila the Hun was for his. I put them side by side because they were both warring people and both were for their race and their race only. Any other defeated race would be made slaves.

Hitler hated the Jews because him and many others on the front line during World War 1 blamed the Jews in government for stopping the war when they believed they could of won. Their spirits were high in 1918, then the war ended with their surrender. They were annoyed and confused and since Jews were in government he blamed them.

He hated the communists mainly for after war incidents, like Riga.

Winston Churchill, a great leader? Well in one respect I would say so, he did lead the country and wasn't unwilling to fight, like Chamberlain was. In reality though he was more of a great speaker than a great man.
He was what we needed in the time of war but in any other circumstances he would of been all but useless. That surely though is the same for any great leader.
All the great leaders through history have been brought to light through war, judging Hitler on his warring nation is surely a wrong thing to do when people praise Alexander the Great for when all he achieved was through war.

No, he believed the German people had failed him. By 1945 he had gone insane. The first ideas of National Socialism came from Hitler, ever heard of Mein Kampf?
Rommel, wasn't a Nazi, why mention him? Manstein, why mention him? Hitler can't give birth to people. For your information, Hitler did give most of his orders on the military front and every new machine had to go through him. Meaning, he ran the whole show.
So are you finally going to admit that Nazi Germany gave us the rocket and improved jet flight? Or are you still trying to hide that?
