Russia is a great country, with glorious history and culture. Russia must live for the good of Russian people, and not to be balance to anyone or to be a simple mean of the world revolution or some other mad idea. Lenin was bad exactly because of that - for him, Russia was only a mean for achievment of his mad goals and he had no scrupules to sacrifice millions of lives in his machiavellian actions... Please, read some of his works, and you will see how he was full of hatred against his political opponents and, further more, against the people who had only the slightly different political wiew than he had.
Why he was mad? It is usual that a revolutionary is obsessed with revolution, of course. However, in Lenin's case, his maniacal obsession with revolution was really pathological. For example, few months before his death, when he lost his ability to speek, they brought his dog in front of him and ask him to repeat the words: "This is my dog". And he was not ably to do that. But, in the same time, he was able to pronounce correctly complex foreign words as "resolution", "comitee", "proletariat", etc...
