I'm looking for general informations about Crimea in 1920-1921 (end of the civil war) and I would like to find, if possible, the lists of the ship-passengers who were evacuated from Sebastopol on the 11th of November 1920. Where could I find this?
Thank you in advance D. Tcherdyne |

Dear Tcherdyne,
I have a book in Russian. Its title is "Дети русской эмиграции", Москва: "ТЕРРА", 1997.(Children of the Russian Emigration, Moscow: TERRA, 1997)ISBN 5-300-01467-2. It is non-fictional book with recollections of children who were evacuated from Crimea and Odessa after the Civil War in Russia about their lives in Turkey, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia. I hope this information will help you somehow. Good luck in your investigation! |

Dear Yu_jing,
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I don't think this book could help me, because the person I'm looking for, my grandfather, was 28 years old at this time, and was evacuated towards Greece. Yours friendly Dominique Tcherdyne |
