Thumbs up

The Russian language is easy to learn.I have liked the Berltiz approch, where the instructor takes you into parts of Solviet erra Russia and instructs you on the social aspects of the country, while you learn the differences from English, or whatever. The newer aproch, is the Cyber Vision method, where you take a series of tapes, that neurolinguistically imbue the language. It is vitally important to know the people and social customs, or Russia, in general, so that one does not seem bougewar in the meeting of the people.Take forinstance now faimed actor, Peter Ustinov, when he answers the phone at his aparment is Moscow, he says "yo!"In American teenage culture, "Yo!" is often refered to as both a greeting and being cool.Remeber the pleasure..s..when sounding your vowls and the language kind-of chirps along, once you master it.Admirl John Paul Jones and Kathern The Great were good friends and got along with what little Russian and English that they mutially knew.So remember, Russian and American freindships, go back a long, long way.Why America would not have a navy, if Russia did not help them!??Humor is important too.Spa-see-bo, or thank you, in Rus.
