I'm in the Washington DC/Virginia area but wouldn't mind e-mailing and learning more about Russian culture. I'm also looking for anyone in this area that speaks Russian. I'm taking lessons currently but feel I would learn a lot faster if I had someone to speak to. I'm not at the conversation point yet and have a long way to go but would love to try! Or chat with people there.
