That's a tall order. There are Russian dictionaries available online for various platforms, but most of them are limited. It takes a lot of work to build a proper dictionary, and I have 5 or 6 different printed dictionaries that still fall short from time to time, though each has it's strong points. Why not scrap the free concept, and just spend $20 on a reasonably good dictionary? It will serve you well to start, and you can build a library from there.
The best place to find good Russian language help (outside of a supportive school, or Brighton Beach, NY) is a Borders or Barnes and Noble book store. It's not free, but it doesn't have to cost much to get rolling.
