if you want to come to Moscow, let me know in advance.
Pitifully, my daughter is busy with her graduate exams, and then she'll be busy with enter exams in the university, so she can't write

My first choice for "k sozhaleniu" would be "unfortunately"; if a translator wanted to be as close to the text as possible (which doesn't always work - I learned to translate Rabbit from Russian as Chicken into English, for being a scared animal), then I would say "It's a pity my dautgher..."

See I did not get that "dou" was moya devouchka ily dochenka. I thought is was wrongly writen instead of "dou" was "douma", which means mind. But it is always nice to know.

And yes "unfortunatly" is the firs thing that comes to my mind for "k sozhaleniyu"

mastodon, I tried to put a picture on the site and it did not work, I did type [img]etc,,... and then the adress of the image to upload it, but did not work, how did you do it so that we can see the image ?

Maruboulg, dou is just a word fragment, she probably didn't type it in to the end, it doesn't mean daughter, we had to guess it from "moya dou" "zanyata" - both female gender, and from "entrance exams", asuming she was writing about her daughter...
