Help needed.

Can someone translate the following terms in Russian?

1. Attestation of residence
2. Attestation of nationality
3. Passport and its legalization by Russian embassy

for Russian usual citizen on an official language of Russian/soviet bureaucrats and where it is possible to get these documents in St. Petersburg. These papers are needed for a marriage.
