i would like to know how many of you have seen this film or heard of it?, i had the pleasure of watching it in mexico city in 1980 and was able to find a dubbed video of it.....thanx for any comments

I have seen this film in its original Russian; it was shown once on Ukrainian television.

I have seen this movie many times.I would also recommend you to see "Mirror", "Ivan's Childhood", "Stalker", "Nostalgia", and "Sacrifice". You'll definitely love it. I think Tarkovski is one of the best Russian film directors.

thanx daria and nestorius, sorry i meant i had movie with subtitles so i do have it in its original russian but i do not speak that language though i would like to learn it some day, thanx for the suggestions, i do have stalker but had not had a chance to view it, i see if i can locate the others,
how are you both?
