Log on to Amazon.com. Go to the DVD or VHS section, click on "art house and international" on the left column, and select by country or original language.

They have all the classics available there, and some newer films as well (Brat, etc.). You can also search through their affiliated private seller marketplace, and find almost anything else.

http://www.russianfoods.com is another good source of Russian CD's and video. It is best if you know what you are looking for there, as there really are no reviews and pictures. Then again, they have a huge selection of music, books, and movies from Russia as well as former Soviet countries.

They also have food and much more. It's a good place to visit. They are in NYC, and have been around for a while. CD prices are usually very good. DVD's are a little high ($34 in many cases), but I have bought more than 30 CD's from them over the past couple of years, and have never had a problem. The products I bought have all been the real deal as well. No junk pirate copies.

You can also visit the Russian Cinema Council website at http://www.ruscico.com They publish many classic and other Russian films on DVD, and are worth taking a look at.

I hope those three sites help you find what you are looking for.
