i'm 26 years old german and married a russian woman (21). we live in germany and have a good life, but she have a younger sister (18) in joshkar-ola. she don't earn much money and get a baby in 2 month. now, i want buy her an apartment in joshkar-ola and don't know about the prices there. i have now USD 12000. can i buy anything in joshkar-ola for this money? how are the prices for apartments in joshkar-ola. can somebody help me out with informations about costs?
PS: i will be a suprise for my wife and her sister
