Searching for Roommate in Moscow

I will be moving to Moscow in August and am searching for a female roommate (preferably single and graduated or along with their studies)with whom I can live. I am willing to pay $250 a month as my share of the rent; I am quiet and studious, and will be studying at MGU (I am looking to find arrangements either for Fall semester or both Fall and Spring, whatever is most convenient for the other person involved). I am fastidious about laundry, do my share of chores, I do not smoke, and I prepare food for myself. I need only a quiet and safe environment!

hI Ervant. I m russian native as well. The problem is that I don't have an apartment and I'm looking for a person with a flat or a person with whom we can go to the real estate agency rent an apartment and share all the fees. It doesnt take more than a week to find suitable apartment through the agency. But It's much more safe.
