Taking money earned in Russia out later??

Hi all,

I am moving to Moscow in two weeks and am interested in all these rules that I read about in getting money out of Russia. I will be working in Moscow for three years and will amass a large amount of money. (if I do things right!!)

I wonder what the rules are for non-russian nationals taking money out of Russia, both to pay my US bills while I am away and foreign investing in perhaps a country with a more stable currency?

I will obviously be paying imcome tax both in Russia and in the US on any amounts over the foreign exclusion.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
